Mack-Cali Realty Q4 FFO Down

(RTTNews) - Mack-Cali Realty Corp. (CLI) Monday reported fourth-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, of $52.1 million or $0.52 per share, down from $65.40 million or $0.66 per share in the same period last year.

On average, 10 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report FFO of $0.52 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Fourth-quarter loss widened to $54.2 million or $0.62 per share from $9.23 million or $0.11 per share last year.

Revenues improved to $165.3 million from $164.34 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $161.70 million.

Looking ahead, the company has forecast full-year 2014 FFO in the range of $1.75 to $1.95 per share. Analysts currently expect full-year FFO of $2.00 per share.
