Macatawa Bank Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

    HOLLAND, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 2005--Macatawa Bank Corporation (NASDAQ:MCBC) announced on February 24, 2005 that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of fifteen cents ($.15) per share payable March 30, 2005, to shareholders of record on March 9, 2005. This marks the eighteenth consecutive quarterly cash dividend declared by the seven year old banking company, and is a 31% increase over the first quarter 2004 cash dividend after considering the 5% stock dividend paid in May 2004.
