M6 Group (Paris:MMT) acknowledges the decision of the Conseil d’Etat not to overturn the ruling by the Conseil Supérieur de l’Audiovisuel concerning Paris Première’s move to free-to-air television.

In the coming weeks, M6 Group, which is committed to both the longevity and quality of Paris Première, will ask the CSA to review its position, particularly given the factors that have arisen since its last decision.
