Lumos Networks Appoints Johan Broekhuysen CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Lumos Networks Corp. (LMOS) Monday said its interim Chief Financial Officer Johan Broekhuysen will take over as permanent CFO from October 3. Broekhuysen is currently serving as chief accounting officer and corporate controller and is named executive vice president and treasurer with effect from the same date. The company said he will continue to remain its chief accounting officer. Broekhuysen was appointed as interim finance chief in March 2014. He had joined the company in November 2012 as vice president and corporate controller and was appointed Chief Accounting Officer in January 2014. Before joining Lumos, Broekhuysen was senior vice president, assistant treasurer and corporate controller of GlobalLogic, Inc., a privately-held software research and development company.
