LTC Properties Q4 Profit Drops

(RTTNews) - LTC Properties (LTC) released earnings for fourth quarter that lost ground compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line declined to $30.42 million, or $0.77 per share. This was lower than $30.65 million, or $0.78 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 1.0% to $41.73 million. This was down from $42.14 million last year.
