Lehigh Gas Partners Posts Profit In Q2; Boosts Quarterly Cash Distribution

(RTTNews) - Lehigh Gas Partners LP (LGP) posted second-quarter net income of $5.5 million, compared to pro forma net income of $7.4 million in the prior year quarter.

Net income allocated to common units for the latest second quarter was $2.7 million, or $0.363 per unit.

Total revenues for the quarter were $487.69 million, compared to pro forma revenues of $480.99 million in the comparable quarter last year.

The company also announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner approved a 5.5% increase in the Partnership's cash distribution per unit from the current annual rate of $1.81 per unit to $1.91 per unit.
