LCC International Delays Filing Its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for Quarter Ended June 30, 2008

LCC is unable to file the 10-Q by the prescribed date because certain information and data relating to the Company’s foreign subsidiaries and other information necessary for the completion of the Company’s financial statements could not be obtained by the Company within such time period without unreasonable effort or expense.
