lanelogic Announces Major Expansion

lanelogic, Inc., announces its proprietary dealer-to-dealer trading network is expanding its network to the Southeast and Northeast regions of the country. lanelogic will include 21 states in the expansion, with rollout dates scheduled for March. Its 2007 national expansion is complemented by the company’s successful completion of its pilot in the previously established Midwest and South Central regions. It also recently announced a $10 million Dollar equity investment from the Dallas based hedge funds, HBK Investments L.P. and Cain Capital, L.L.C. and lanelogic CEO Bruce Thompson. "Our pilot allowed us to gain the experience needed to perfect our model and make great strides with our product, technology and service. We certainly learned a great deal over the last six months and our pilot dealers gave us the time and opportunity to develop new tools and services to ensure we are successful,” stated lanelogic founder and CEO Bruce Thompson. "New Buy Bids are being requested every 80 seconds now. As our trade network continues to grow, we are confident we have the needed expertise and infrastructure to handle this increased volume. We look forward to our 2007 national roll-out.” The Southeast region joins the trade network on March 12th with the Northeast region following on March 26, 2007. This will represent an additional 300+ pre-signed dealerships joining the lanelogic network of dealers.
