L Brands Hikes Annual Dividend By 13%; Declares Special Dividend Of $1/shr

(RTTNews) - Women's apparel and personal care products retailer L Brands Inc. (LB) announced a 13 percent increase in its regular annual dividend to $1.36 per share, from $1.20 per share previously.

The company also announced that its Board has declared a special dividend of $1 per share and its regular quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, both of which will be paid on March 7, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 21, 2014.

With this distribution, the company said it will have returned more than $15 billion to shareholders since 2000. This is the company's 157th consecutive quarterly dividend.
