L & L Energy To Comply With NASDAQ Information Request

(RTTNews) - L & L Energy Inc. (LLEN), a U.S.-based company with profitable energy (coal) operations in China, announced that on Tuesday it received a formal request from NASDAQ for additional information.

On Monday, NASDAQ placed a T12 temporary trading halt on L&L's common stock. NASDAQ informed the Company that trading would remain halted until L&L has satisfied NASDAQ's request for additional information.

The company said it has been in steady communication with NASDAQ and now that it has received the request will move as quickly as possible to fulfill it to their satisfaction.
