L& L Energy Announces Strategic Initiatives - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - L& L Energy, Inc.(LLEN), a coal producer in China, Wednesday said it intends to strengthen its financial position through listing with the Taiwan Stock, through Taiwan Depository Receipt or TDR, as  part of its strategic initiatives announced in its Annual General Meeting on September 16.

The company's other moves include seeking acquisition opportunities in Northern China, and targeting a minimum of 1 million tons of annual coal production. The company is also anticipating entry into the clean energy market, along with strengthening its coal business in the China market. As previously announced, the company is partnering with the China Low-Carbon Industry Investment Center, to develop new energy initiatives in Beijing.
