Kudelski Group and Google Enter Into Patent Cross License Agreement

The Kudelski Group (SIX: KUD.S), a leading independent provider of media protection and value-added service technology, and Google, today announced they have entered into a multi-year patent cross licensing agreement.

While the specific terms remain confidential, this agreement provides the companies a patent license for their respective businesses, subject to certain limitations. Google will make a one-time payment to The Kudelski Group.
