Korn/Ferry Q3 Profit Meets Estimate

(RTTNews) - Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International (KFY) reported net income for the third quarter of $23.0 million or $0.46 per share, compared to $21.3 million or $0.43 per share for the year-ago quarter.

Total revenue for the third quarter rose to $258.9 million from $251.0 million last year. Fee revenue for the quarter grew to $249.5 million from $242.2 million a year ago.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.46 per share on revenue of $250.64 million for the third quarter.

Looking forward to the fourth quarter, the company forecasts fee revenue of $255 million to $265 million and earnings of $0.44 to $0.50 per share. Analysts currently expect the company to earn $0.47 per share on revenue of $262.24 million for the fourth quarter.
