Korian - Medica: Departure of Mr Jacques Bailet and Appointment of Mr Christian Chautard as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Pursuant to the commitments undertaken upon the merger between Korian and Medica completed on 18 March 2014, Mr Jacques Bailet retired from his positions of Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Korian – Medica (Paris:KORI) following the Board of Directors which took place this morning.

Mr Christian Chautard, who held the position of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors since 18 March 2014, was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors in place of Mr Jacques Bailet. Mr Christian Chautard was Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and then of the Board of Directors of Korian from December 2011 until the date of the merger with Medica.

Korian - Medica and its Board of Directors have sincerely thanked Mr Jacques Bailet for the quality of his directorship as well as for his involvement in the development and the integration of the Group since the execution of the merger.
