Korian - Medica: Availability and Consultation of the Information Relating to the Combined General Meeting to Be Held on 26 June 2014

Korian - Medica's (the « Company ») Combined General Meeting (the "Meeting”) is due to take place at 9.00 a.m. on Thursday 26 June 2014 at the Paris Marriott Hotel Champs-Elysées, 70 avenue des Champs Elysées, 75008 Paris.

The notice of the meeting containing the agenda, the resolutions presented by the Board of Directors and the information on how to attend and vote at the Meeting was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires n°58 dated 14 may 2014.

Documents and information relating to the Meeting will be made available to shareholders in accordance with legal requirements. Information about the Meeting mentioned in Article R. 225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code can be found under "Shareholder information" in the "Finance" section of the Company’s website at : www.groupe-korian.com.

All shareholders can ask the Company to send them the documents and the information mentioned in Articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code.

Shareholders will be able to consult the documents that will be put on the Meeting’s desk at the Company’s legal seat, 32 rue Guersant 75 017 Paris, for a period of two weeks before the date of the Meeting.
