Kerridge Computer Co. Sells Business to ADP Dealer Services

BRUSSELS, Belgium, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing Inc. today announced its purchase of the UK-based Kerridge Computer Co. Ltd. ADP will continue to fully support dealers on Kerridge's Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS) and maintain the Kerridge operations.

Founded in 1976, Kerridge is a privately owned company supporting large dealership groups with its Autoline DMS, as well as large distribution companies.
