Kelly Services Q3 Income Advances 133%

(RTTNews) - Kelly Services (KELYB) released a profit for its third quarter that increased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $9.1 million, or $0.23 per share. This was up from $3.9 million, or $0.10 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.23 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 3.6% to $1.35 billion. This was down from $1.40 billion last year.
