Kandi Technologies Appoints Mei Bing As CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (KNDI) announced its board has appointed Wang Cheng (Henry) as new Chief Strategy Officer and Mei Bing as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Wang, who is resigning as CFO to assume the position of Chief Strategy Officer, will be responsible for driving the company's corporate strategy and implementing investment decisions.

Before joining Kandi, Mei served as the CFO and board secretary of Skystar Bio-Pharmaceutical Company, a leading publicly traded biotechnology company based in China, from 2011 through 2016.
