John P. Jones Elected An ADP Director

    ROSELAND, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2005--The board of directors of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE:ADP) has elected John P. Jones, III, who is 54 years old, as a director of the company. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Mr. Jones is a graduate of Villanova University. His election increases the size of ADP's board to 12 directors.
