The acquisition amounts to SEK 24 million and payment will be made at occupancy, which is planned for the end of March 2013. The Basunen 3 property has subsequently been sold to Bertlands Fastigheter AB. The sale amounts to SEK 42 million and payment will be made at occupancy, which is planned for April 2013. The profit amounts to SEK 18 million and will be reported in Q1, 2013.
