ITC Holdings CFO Cameron Bready To Resign - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - ITC Holdings Corp. (ITC) Wednesday said Cameron Bready, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will resign from the company effective June 20, to accept a senior leadership position with a technology firm based in Atlanta.

Rejji Hayes, the current vice president of Finance and Treasurer of ITC, has been named the company's interim CFO.

Hayes will now be responsible for all treasury and cash management activities, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and risk management and insurance functions of the company and will provide continued financial leadership.
