Invitation to Media Representatives and Analysts to Investor AB’s Annual General Meeting 2014

Investor AB’s (STO:INVEA)(STO:INVEB)(LSE:INU) Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 3:00 pm at the City Conference Centre, Barnhusgatan 12-14, in Stockholm. Registration for the Meeting will commence at 1:30 p.m.

The "Investor Dialog", where Investor’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Jacob Wallenberg, and President and CEO, Börje Ekholm, will be available for dialog and questions, begins at 2:00 p.m.

Representatives of the news media and analysts are welcome to attend the meeting and the Investor Dialog, but please notice that the Dialog is intended for questions from Investor AB’s shareholders. There will be opportunities for interviews immediately after the Annual General Meeting ends. Please sign up for interviews at the press counter when you arrive.
