Invitation Homes Prices 12.5 Mln Share Public Offering At $40/shr

(RTTNews) - Invitation Homes Inc. (INVH), a home leasing company, on Friday said it priced its 12.5 million share offering to the public at $40 per share.

The offering is expected to close on September 28, and the company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, Invitation Homes said in a statement.

As part of the offering, the Dallas-based company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.87 million shares.

Citigroup and Morgan Stanley are serving as the underwriters of the offering.
