Introducing Our New Director Of Operations: Alexandria Perotti

PEARL RIVER, N.Y., March 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Alexandria Perotti was promoted to Director of Operations, at Holt Construction Corp. Alex will begin her new position on Monday, March 5th 2018 and will be instrumental in the overall performance and ultimate success of improving operational systems, including supporting better management reporting, information flow, business practices, and organizational planning.

Alex will be involved with managing our 8 local and national offices in addition to overseeing all projects, in which she will set strategic goals, planning and monitoring, feedback to Executive Management, procurement processes, policy and promotion implementation, relationships/agreements with partners and vendors along with evaluating overall performance through analytics and interpreting data and metrics of the company. Alex has been a prodigious asset to the Holt Family as a leader, mentor, and teacher, and will extend these philosophies in her new role.

Alex has over 20 years of experience in the field of General and Mechanical Construction. Her specialties include: Aviation, Retail, Food & Beverage, Corporate Interiors, Hospitality, Public Works, and Heavy Infrastructure. As a Project Executive, she led projects and teams for many of the firms' prominent clients, including American Airlines, United Airlines, OTG, Silverstein Properties, Brookfield Properties', HMS Host, JetBlue, Southwest Airlines, Delta Airlines, Westfield, Hudson Group, Limited Brands, Areas, Amtrak, The Port Authority of NY/NJ and many others. Alex serves on the Board of Directors for the Women Builders Council of New York and the Green Builders Council.
