    BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 2005--In its January 2005 edition, Institutional Investor magazine published their survey which rated the best CEOs in America by business sector. PACCAR's (Nasdaq:PCAR) chairman and chief executive officer, Mark C. Pigott, was recognized as one of the top three CEOs in the Machinery sector.
    In its survey, Institutional Investor asked portfolio managers and equity analysts to select the best-performing executives in the business segments they analyzed throughout the year.
