Insight Enterprises To Buy PCM - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Insight Enterprises (NSIT) has reached a deal to acquire PCM, Inc. (PCMI), for $35 per share. The acquisition is expected to close in the second half of 2019. Insight sees the deal to add more than $0.70 to adjusted earnings per share in 2020, excluding transaction-related costs, and intangibles amortization expense.

Based in El Segundo, California, PCM is a provider of multi-vendor technology offerings across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Insight projects annual run-rate cost synergies of approximately $70 million from the deal by the end of 2021, with more than 50 percent of to be realized in the first twelve to eighteen months.
