Infosys Technologies to Announce First Quarter Results on July 12, 2006

Following the release, Infosys CEO, President and ManagingDirector, Mr. Nandan M. Nilekani; COO and Deputy Managing Director,Mr. S. Gopalakrishnan; CFO, Mr. V. Balakrishnan and other membersof senior management will comment on the company's performance.
