Informa Posts Fiscal Year Pretax Loss - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Informa PLC (INFMF.PK, INF.L) reported a loss before tax of 31.2 million pounds for 12 Months to 31 December 2014, compared to profit of 115.4 million pounds, previous year. Loss per share was 8.6 pence, compared to profit of 17.1 pence. Adjusted profit before tax rose to 309.6 million pounds from 307.3 million pounds. Adjusted EPS was 40.3 pence, compared to 40.1 pence.

Group revenue increased to 1.14 billion pounds from 1.13 billion pounds.

The Board of Informa has proposed a final dividend of 12.9 pence per share. This dividend will be paid on 28 May 2015 to ordinary shareholders registered as of the close of business on 1 May 2015. This will result in a total dividend for the year of 19.3 pence per share.
