The sales of Index Multimedia during the 1st quarter 2012/2013 are amounting to € 1.5 M confirming the anticipated decline of activities non strategic for the Group such as the personalization of mobile phones over the operators wap portals, they are also marked by the decrease of the activity of some partners in the media domain.

Although showing a slight downturn over the quarter, community services regrouped mainly around Index Multimedia’s flagship site Tchatche.com constitute a solid basis of revenue.

In line with its action plan « IMM 2015 » Index Multimedia is focusing on partnerships and services with higher margin and strengthens its offer in the domain of web and mobile social games, hosting services within its leading-edge datacenter, as well as in the digital technologies area. These new activities, main axis of its development, reflect the will of the Group to be a major player on the mobile marketing strongly growing market for the corporate sector.

The new products launched regrouped under the trademark Kizuna factory (Kizuna tag, Kizuna SMS etc.) build up an innovative offer and their attractiveness for our clients and prospects should be materialized during the next quarter by the signature of the first contracts

Confirmed in its development strategy by the warm reception of the market for these new technologies, in addition to its assets and know-how based on a 25 years experience, Index Multimedia continues its efforts towards its return to profitability and growth.

We inform you that the Paris Court of Commerce has sentenced the company in December 2012 to pay € 1 580 K to Call Expert with provisional enforcement. A provision of € 800 K for this litigation was recognized in the financial statements as of July 31, 2012. The company appealed and requested the suspension of the provisional enforcement.
