Increase in the Number of Shares and Votes in Wallenstam AB

As described in information published earlier, Wallenstam (STO:WALLB) has carried out a 2:1 share split with 26 May 2015 as the date of record. The share split means that one old share is divided into two shares of the same type, which has resulted in changes to the number of shares and votes in Wallenstam AB. As of 29 May 2015, the number of shares totals 340,000,000, of which 34,500,000 are A shares and 305,500,000 B shares. The number of votes totals 650,500,000, of which A shares make up 345,000,000 and B shares 305,500,000.
The share split was approved by the Wallenstam Annual General Meeting of 28 April 2015. Wallenstam currently holds 6,000,000 of its own B shares.
