Imtech will provide an update on the Fritz&Macziol Schweiz investigation on March 18th, 2014

As announced on February 19th, 2014, Imtech has started an investigation following press articles which have mentioned suspicions of unethical business behavior, including excessive gifts and entertainment by Fritz&Macziol Schweiz AG. Imtech will publish the results of the investigation [when they are available] and provide an update at the scheduled annual results presentation on March 18th, 2014.

Following last week's press publications, the CEO of Fritz&Macziol Schweiz AG has resigned.

Imtech strongly rejects any unethical business behavior.  Fritz&Macziol Schweiz AG has annual revenue of approximately 25 million euro and employs 45 people.
