Immunodiagnostic Systems Commences Search For New CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings Plc (IDH.L), a provider to the clinical laboratory diagnostic market, said it is undertaking a process to identify a new chief executive officer.

The company added that it has reached agreement with Chief Executive Officer Patrik Dahlen for him to leave the Board and the Group with effect from January 4, 2015. On November 24, 2014, Dahlen had given 12 months' notice to leave the company.

Until a new appointment takes place, Burkhard Wittek, the company's non-executive chairman, will become executive chairman with effect from January 4, 2015. Upon the appointment of a new CEO, Wittek will revert to being non-executive chairman.
