Icahn Enterprises Slips To Loss In Q2, Revenues Down - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Icahn Enterprises L.P. (IEP) reported Thursday that its second-quarter net loss attributable to the company was $69 million or $0.50 per depositary unit, compared to profit of $212 million or $1.68 per depositary unit last year.

Revenues were $4.4 billion, compared to $5.0 billion last year.

For the second quarter of 2016, adjusted EBITDA attributable to Icahn Enterprises was $307 million, compared to $622 million last year. Adjusted EBIT attributable to Icahn Enterprises was $120 million, compared to $468 million in the second quarter of 2015.

On Wednesday, the Board of Directors of the general partner of Icahn Enterprises declared a quarterly distribution in the amount of $1.50 per depositary unit. The quarterly distribution is payable on or about September 19, 2016 to depositary unit holders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2016.
