Humana Inc Bottom Line Rises 24% In Q2

(RTTNews) - Humana Inc (HUM) revealed a profit for its second quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $682 million, or $2.30 per share. This was up from $550 million, or $1.77 per share, in last year's second quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 2.0% to $14.01 billion. This was up from $13.73 billion last year.
