Hufvudstaden’s Third Issue Under the MTN-programme

Hufvudstaden AB (STO:HUFVA)(STO:HUFVC) has completed an additional issue under the company’s MTN programme with a total programme amount of SEK 2 billion.

The issue amount is SEK 500 million. The bond has a maturity of five years, is issued at a price equal to 99.771% of the principal amount and carries a fixed interest rate of 3.00%.

The bonds are unsecured and are a complement to the current funding.
