Hub Group Inc. Profit Falls 18% In Q4

(RTTNews) - Hub Group Inc. (HUBG) announced earnings for fourth quarter that fell from last year.

The company said its bottom line dropped to $18.24 million, or $0.55 per share. This was down from $22.37 million, or $0.63 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.48 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 9.9% to $978.56 million. This was up from $890.27 million last year.
