Host Hotels Selects Sage Hospitality For Re-positioning Of Denver Marriott Hotel

(RTTNews) - Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (HST), announced Friday that it has selected Sage Hospitality for a re-positioning of the Denver Marriott Tech Center Hotel. Host has already signed a Marriott franchise agreement.

The hotel will undergo an extensive multi-million dollar renovation of 628 rooms of the two towers. The entrance, lobby, restaurants, and 45,000 square feet of event space will be reconfigured.

The Denver based Sage is one of the largest privately held hospitality investment, management and development companies in U.S. and operates more than 65 premium branded and lifestyle hotels.
