Herbalife Appoints Patrick R. Dailey as Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF) announces the appointment ofPatrick R. Dailey as senior vice president, human resources,responsible for the full Human Resources function for the company,including developing strategic plans and policies to support thecompany's business goals.

Herbalife has approximately 2,500 employees worldwide. Dailey willreport to Chief Executive Officer Michael O. Johnson.

Dailey is a proven leader with more than 25 years' experiencealigning people programs with the strategy of a company. Mostrecently, Dailey served as vice president, global workforce managementfor Hewlett-Packard Company in Palo Alto, California where he led thecompany's talent management function, directing a global team servingemployees worldwide.

Previously, Dailey was vice president, human resources for thenetwork products group of Lucent Technologies in Atlanta, Georgia.Before that, Dailey was vice president, human resources at Bank One inOhio. Earlier in his career, he worked at Korn/Ferry International,The British Oxygen Group, and PepsiCo's Frito-Lay division.

"Patrick's experience with international blue chip companies willhelp us develop our world-class global workforce," said Johnson.
