Heidrick & Struggles Grows Global Technology & Services Practice with Addition of Partner

NEW YORK, Aug. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Heidrick & Struggles (Nasdaq: HSII), a premier provider of executive search, leadership consultingand culture shapingworldwide, builds on its global technology expertise with the addition of Gustavo Alba to the firm. He will be based in the New York office.

Alba joins Heidrick & Struggles with 20 years of experience advising clients on executive recruiting needs and talent acquisition strategies within management consulting, technology services, and business advisory services.

Previously, Alba served as managing partner of Beecher Reagan's New York Office, focusing on helping to identify CEOs and other executive leaders across professional services organizations. Prior to that, he was the head of global recruiting at Booz & Company, reporting into the CHRO, where he strategically positioned the firm's recruiting platform to meet and exceed the overall business objectives.

Currently, Alba serves on the advisory boards of both Tenlegs and People.Co.

He completed the High Impact Leadership Program at Columbia University and received a B.A. in Marketing from Florida International University.
