HCA Names Milton Johnson CEO; Bracken To Remain As Board Chair - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - HCA Holdings, Inc. (HCA) announced that Richard Bracken will transition from his role as Chairman and CEO to Chairman of the Board at the end of the year. The company's board has named Milton Johnson, its President and CFO, his successor as chief executive Officer, effective at that same time.

HCA said Johnson has been with company for 31 years and was named a member of its board in 2009 and assumed his current role as President in 2011.

The company said it is conducting an internal search for a CFO to succeed Johnson in that role, and an announcement is expected in the coming months.
