MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Hawkins, Inc. (Nasdaq:  HWKN), at its meeting on February 8, 2018, declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.44 per share payable April 6, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 23, 2018.  This is the 33^rd consecutive year the Company has paid cash dividends since it first began paying out dividends in 1985.
