ROCKFORD, Ill., March 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Harvard Illinois Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced today the results of the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on February 28, 2018.  Stockholders elected the Board of Directors' two director nominees; Donn L. Claussen for a two-year term and Brian S. Rebhorn for a three-year term.  Stockholders also ratified the appointment of BKD, LLP to serve as the Company's independent registered public accountants for the year ended December 31, 2017. Finally, stockholders approved the potential adjournment of the meeting, if necessary, to solicit additional proxies.
