Harte-Hanks Board Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Harte-Hanks, Inc. (NYSE: HHS) today reported that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 7.5 cents per share payable on June 12, 2009, to the holders of record of shares of common stock of the company at the close of business on May 29, 2009.
