(RTTNews) - Guidewire Software, Inc. (GWRE) Tuesday reported first-quarter net loss of $10.6 million, or $0.18 per share, compared to net income of $0.4 million, or $0.01 per share in the comparable quarter last year.

Excluding items, adjusted net loss for the quarter was $0.4 million or $0.01 per share, compared to net income of $6.7 million or $0.11 per share in the prior year quarter.
