GTSI’s Mentor-Protégé Agreement with Brown Technology Group Approved by the Department of Homeland Security
GTSI Corp. (NASDAQ: GTSI), a systems integrator, solutions and services provider to the government, today announced its Mentor-Protégé Agreement with Brown Technology Group, LLC has been approved by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization. GTSI will provide Brown with developmental assistance designed to enhance Brown’s capabilities at DHS and provide beneficial business development opportunities for both companies.
Under the three year agreement, GTSI will assist Brown in competing for contract awards and other related business opportunities with DHS. Additionally, GTSI will provide technical and managerial guidance through their subject-matter experts to assist Brown with embarking upon new focus areas, such as data center consolidation and infrastructure management.

The DHS Mentor-Protégé Program encourages prime contractors to provide mutually beneficial developmental assistance to smaller sized businesses.
