Green Dot CFO John Keatley Named ‘CFO of the Year’ by Los Angeles Business Journal

Green Dot Corporation (NYSE: GDOT), a leading prepaid financial services company, today proudly announced that Chief Financial Officer John Keatley has been named CFO of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal in the Small Public Company category.

The Los Angeles Business Journal CFO of the Year Awards honor finance professionals in the Los Angeles region for their ongoing efforts as outstanding financial stewards. John Keatley has served as CFO at Green Dot since October 2006 and most recently guided the Company through its successful initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. Keatley holds an A.B. in physics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
