Global Sources Q4 Profit Rises; But Sees Lower Results In H1 - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Global Sources Ltd. (GSOL) reported that its net income attributable to shareholders for the fourth-quarter 2014 increased to $9.3 million or $0.29 per share, from $5.0 million, or $0.14 per share in fourth quarter 2013.

Non-IFRS net income was $9.9 million, or $0.31 per share, compared to $10.9 million, or $0.30 per share last year.

Revenue grew to $62.9 million, from $60.1 million in the prior year.

For the first half of 2015 ending June 30, 2015: Revenue is expected to be in the range of $90.0 million to $92.0 million, as compared to $92.8 million for the first half of 2014. IFRS EPS is expected to be in the range of $0.15 to $0.19, as compared to $0.20 per share in the first half of 2014. Non-IFRS EPS is expected to be in the range of $0.19 to $0.23, as compared to $0.28 per share for the same period in 2014.
