Global Resource Fund Ceased to Own Securities of Pine Point Mining Limited and Acquired Securities of Generation Mining Limited

TORONTO, March 1, 2018 /CNW/ - Global Resource Fund ("GRF") announced that, pursuant to the previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") of Pine Point Mining Limited ("Pine Point"), all of the common shares of Pine Point beneficially owned by GRF were exchanged for securities of Osisko Metals Incorporated and Generation Mining Limited ("Generation").

Prior to completion of the Arrangement, GRF owned 26,250,000 common shares of Pine Point.  Immediately after the completion of the Arrangement, GRF no longer owned or exercised control and direction over any securities of Pine Point.  Immediately after the completion of the Arrangement, GRF owns and exercises control over 2,625,000 common shares of Generation, representing approximately 16.9% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Generation.
