G-III Apparel Reaffirms FY20 Outlook - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - While reporting financial results for the first quarter on Wednesday, G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. (GIII) reaffirmed its guidance for the full-year 2020.

For fiscal 2020, the company continues to project earnings in the range $3.19 and $3.29 per share and adjusted earnings in the range of $3.25 to $3.35 per share on net sales of about $3.28 billion.

On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report earnings of $3.29 per share on net sales of $3.28 billion for the year. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

For the second quarter, the company anticipates earnings in a range $0.15 to $0.25 per share and adjusted earnings in a range of $0.17 to $0.27 per share on net sales of about $660.0 million.

The Street is currently looking for earnings of $0.27 per share on net sales of $664.75 million for the quarter.

The Company said it has not incorporated any future increases in tariffs on additional goods imported from China into the US in its fiscal 2020 guidance.
