Four Seasons Education H1 Net Income Declines; Total Revenue Up 118%

(RTTNews) - Four Seasons Education (FEDU) reported net income of RMB 3.0 million for the first half of fiscal 2025, compared with RMB 5.7 million, last year. Net income per ADS was RMB 1.42, compared with RMB 2.70. Adjusted net income was RMB 2.1 million compared with RMB 6.2 million. Adjusted net income per ADS was RMB 0.98, compared with RMB 2.93.

First half revenue increased by 117.8% to RMB 134.7 million from last year, mainly driven by the rapid growth in the tourism and non-academic tutoring businesses.
